Meet up in the parking lot next to Abracadabra coffee at 10am and we'll start the run at 10:30. Since its the first time we will all be meeting we'll probably try to delay the run start to make sure we don't leave without any stragglers. 

This week's run is just a very simple out and back on River road. The run is flat and mostly all dirt. The Route linked here is for an 8 mile out and back. Everyone is encouraged to go only as far and as fast as they feel comfortable with on the day. No need to crush it, just have fun!

Post-run we can all hangout, have coffee (with baked goods) and talk all things running and non-running!
