HEY everybody, I know that as a group we’ve been busy lately, a lot of people have been racing and it has been awesome to see. This weekend we hope to have a bit of a reprieve from this and celebrate as a group with a post-run lunch hosted by Maddie and Tom (Thanks guys!!). They are hoping to get a rough head count so if you are planning on attending reach out to either Maddie or me and just let us know! There will be hot chocolate, nachos, a fire pit and more - it promises to be a great time. We’ll share the full details at the run! 

The runs this week will vary considerably. The run linked to the event will be a hilly 10.5 miler that Fred and I will lead, we will add-on after finishing the loop. Ben on the other hand is entering NYC Marathon race week, so he’ll be keeping things on ice with an easy 6-miles out and back along river rd.
