This week's run will be held Saturday! The route is chosen for how picturesque it is. We will start from the Abracadabra parking lot and head into town on Pleasant St. After taking the right across the river we will follow River Rd. out to High Pastures and then onto Session Meadows. Session Meadows will connect up with Cloudland which we will take all the way back down to River Rd. This will certainly be a challenging route for most (let's be real... it's tough no matter who you are). People will be encouraged to keep this an out-and-back along River road. If not...you can expect about a 3.5 mile / 700' climb before getting a LONG (4miles) descent back to the river. 

The run this week will have one small wrinkle - Ansel (yes, the one who comes and crushes these runs) will be filming Ben as he builds towards the NYC Marathon (Nov, 7th). By attending this week you should assume you'll make a small appearance in some of the video. I'll go over all this, in-person, Saturday morning. If anybody wants to attend and not be part of the video that's great too! Just let me know on Saturday and we'll make that work.
