Hey everyone!

This week we're going to go back to an old standby, River Road O+B.

With several people doing a trail race up @Bolton Valley this weekend (Sunday, the 2nd) we want to keep things easy this week. For anybody looking to do something Sunday you should look into the Three Peaks Mountain Race, should be a fun time.
