Runners!

This week we will meet up on Sunday for a bit of a longer run through town. Easy option to shorten run to ~8.5miles by forgoing the Lincoln Bridge/River Rd add on and heading directly back via Prosper after exiting the Aqueduct trails. A little bit of everything in this one! Rumor is Xu will buy everyone coffee if he runs sub 33:45 at the Beach 2 Beacon 10k on Saturday morning, so cheer him on!
