Hey everyone!

This week we'll head up into the National Park and add-on into some trails (don't worry they're totally runnable) that we haven't explored as a group. The weather looks lovely for Saturday - luckily it doesn't look to be another heatwave over the weekend.

As it is now summer we're recommending that people bring a towel and an extra shirt to put on after a dip in the river.
