This week it seems that many of our regulars will be out skiing or just generally busy. We'll be out there regardless, thawing out some fitness in preparation for the spring. We're still seeing new faces show up, and this weekend, we're hoping for more of that!

This is the classic Tour de Woodstock run. Nothing flashy, just good, reliable, riverside running. As always: Audibles are welcomed and even encouraged.
